Developing and implementing support programs tailored to each individuals / families need

Providing oppurtunities for supported individuals and their family members to contribute in developing and implementing support programs.

Providing advocacy for individuals supported and their families

Collaborating and coordinating with other agencies in providing needed support, Behaviour management etc.
